SeanSean served for 6 years in the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards. Four of those years were spent as an Army Physical Training Instructor.
After leaving the Forces Sean started a career in Sports Thearpy after qualifiying as a Sports Massage Therapist, he later moved into Leisure Management and has managed a couple of very prestigious Health and Fitness Centres in the South Wales area. Sean is a keen sportsman and was a competitive boxer in the Army and currently plays rugby for Brackla RFC.
PaulPaul spent eight years in the Army where he served with both the 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Wales and the 4th Battalion The Royal Irish Regiment. When Paul left the Forces, he completed a Diploma in personal training and went on to set up a successful Personal training buisness.
Over the last few years, Paul has trained a variety of clients, from professional athletes to people with major disabilities. While he was in the Forces, Paul played rugby and competed in cross country for a number of years and currently competes in kettlebell sport and all-terrain running.
DaiDai spent time with the Royal Marine Commandos, he is a qualified athleteics coach and has a extensive knowledge of Health and Fitness. He has played Rugby and Football at county level and often participates in FORCES FITNESS sessions when not instructing.
SimonSimon has spent a number years within the Army,firstly in the Army Air Corp and now currently a reservist and has qualified as a Physical Training Instructor.
Over the years he has enjoyed participating at a good level in rugby, achieved international level at cross country and has also participated in martial arts. Simon is a keen sportsman,and enjoys all aspects of training.
