Military Veterans Launch Nationwide Health & Fitness Movement for communities Across Wales, UK

Forces Fitness, a veteran-led organisation has launched a nationwide health, well-being, and resilience program across Wales — offering free-to-attend community days that are already transforming lives.

The initiative is being rolled out in partnership with local councils and grant providers with events taking place in multiple locations including Newport, Swansea, Coity, Bridgend, Pyle, Kenfig Hill, Cefn Cribwr, Porthcawl, Rudbaxton, Pembrokeshire, Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Bargoed, and Maesteg — with more venues being added daily.
