Sean has a passion for Health and Well-being and has designed a very successful education program that has now been delivered to over 55,000 pupils and 800 places of education within Wales. The program helps the attendees understand how to maintain a healthy body and healthy mind whilst building resilience – He firmly believes that Positivity breeds Positivity!
Over the years Sean has appeared on Multiple TV programs all aimed at improving peoples health and well-being. Sean is an ambassador for the Welsh Governments Big Ideas Wales program that focuses on developing 16 – 25 year olds entrepreneurial skills and making them think about the option of self employment!
He is a qualified Sports Therapist, Advanced Self Defence Instructor, Level Three Strength & Conditioning coach and holds a level Four Higher Diploma in Diet and Nutrition.
Whilst serving in the Army he was a keen Boxer winning the IBB Light Heavy Weight title. Upon leaving the Army he played rugby for Brackla R.F.C and he maintains a close relationship with the club to this day. He is qualified Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) Coach, Coaching with the Junior Section for Bridgend Athletic RFC and also one of the Founders of the Bridgend Knights, a Touch Rugby Club that plays Federation of International Touch (FIT) rules and WRU Veterans Rules. Bridgend Knights are an all inclusive club that boasts, Juniors,Youth,Mens, Womens, mixed, girls, boys and veterans teams.
