Well our Kick Start Boot Camps can help.
Suitable for all ages 13+ and all abilities, the weekend boot camps have been designed to kick start the journey to a healthier you – and our instructors will give you all the advice and tips you need to continue that journey at home beyond the three days.
Set in the beautiful Afan Valley in South Wales where you will experience nature at its best, your weekend includes:
- Two nights accommodation at the Lodge (arriving at 19:00 on the Friday and departing at 16:00 on the Sunday)
- Two full days of activities, challenges and exercise classes to get your heart pumping and burn fat – taken by our qualified team who are all former Military Personnel (activities include circuits, kettlebells, boxing circuits, mountain hikes, log run, team games and team building challenges)
- Diet and nutrition advice to help you make wiser food choices
- Three healthy meals per day with fruit and unlimited juices and water available throughout
- Yoga will be available on the Saturday evenning held in our Studio
- Sports massage therapists are on hand if you require a sports massage (Must be booked Cost = £20)
- All rooms are Military Style ensuite and sleep two, four or six people with a chill out area for you to relax and unwind (and recover!) after a hard day’s work.
We can’t promise you inch or weight loss in just three days but we can promise that you’ll work hard, have fun and leave us motivated to make a difference to your life.
