The Experience
Set in the stunning Margam Park, South Wales, our Military Style Weekend Bootcamp combines expert coaching, challenging workouts, and time in nature to help you reconnect with your body and your motivation.
Your weekend includes:

Two nights’ accommodation
(Arrive Friday at 19:00, depart Sunday at 16:00) -
Two full days of activities and fitness challenges, delivered by our fully qualified team of former Military personnel
