Children and Families across Anglesey have been enjoying a Winter of Well-being with team Forces Fitness!

The Winter of well-being was funded by the Welsh Government and distributed between each Local Authority in Wales. Forces Fitness sessions have been hosted by Mon Actif  and taken place within the Leisure Centres across the island.

The  Winter of Well-being sessions consisted of a team of highly qualified Military veterans delivering inspiring fun sessions based around health, well-being, building resilience and most of all having fun, giving the families taking part something to really smile about! Long before this pandemic, we all knew that physical activity boosted our health and ability to resist and overcome illness. That conclusion hasn’t changed. In fact, it’s more relevant now than ever!
