Forces Fitness Ltd are delighted to announce that we will be delivering an exciting programme of activities for the upcoming ‘Winter of Wellbeing’ 2022 Welsh Government initiative in Pembrokeshire.

The Winter of Well-being will be looking to engage children of ages 7 + and their families for some FREE activity sessions through the February half term!

The sessions will be amazing fun and will comprise of Mini obstacle courses, Gladiator Pugil Challenges, Dodge Ball, Capture the flag, Military Command tasks, Tug of War and challenges that people of all ages can get involved with. These sessions will make you smile and ensure you have a great Winter of Wellbeing!

Friday 25th Feb –  Haverfordwest (Dome – Haverfordwest High Portfield Campus)

The Deputy Minister for Social Services, Julie Morgan said: “We all want to build on the success of the Summer of Fun and continue to provide support for children and young people in Pembrokeshire.
“Play is an important way we can help our young people develop their skills to strengthen their social, emotional and physical wellbeing.”
