Bridgend Athletic RFC Minis & Juniors have a great ongoing relationship with Forces Fitness having used their sports team sessions over the years. Sessions are suitable for all ages from our U7s through to our U16s using them. Sean and his team tailored our sessions to meet our age groups requirements. We’ve experienced team building exercises, strength & conditioning sessions and military circuits.

 

All sessions promote team work & fun with nothing but encouragement from Sean and his team, our young players thrived on the competitions and challenges set to them and loved the military aspect of the sessions with things like tyre pulls, tug of war & net crawl.

 

Forces Fitness lifted everyone’s spirit during Covid 19 when team sports were put on hold. Sean and his team are extremely passionate about what they do and it reflects in their sessions, all our sessions to date have had an incredibly positive impact on the children.
